Warning: Too much fruit causes.....HEALTH! Summer and Color are complementary therefore I tend to exhibit that fact in my daily meals. Waking up to a beautiful summer morning and stretching to the thought of a "perfect" breakfast can sometimes be overwhelming. Not to worry I AM HERE TO SAVE THE DAY with a nutritious bowl of FRUIT CEREAL. Somebody is busy trying to stay healthy and would also like to take you on that journey. The most amazing thing about eating healthy is the fact that it is a win win. You wake up so jaunty, feeling so light and cheerful and smiling to the beautiful colors on your plate. Who wouldn't like such an ebullient feeling in the morning. Another brilliant fact is, you know the exact ingredients that are contained in your meals. I hope we adopt it as a lifestyle and less of a trend. Now lets get down to business foodies!!.. Fruit Cereal: Ingredients: for salad  3 -5 ripe strawberries Half red apple Half green apple 1/2

"Why did the tomato blush? Because he saw the salad dressing" :) It's summer and I want to take you all on a journey with me!!! We all want to eat and not feel stuffed don't we? I guessed right. I am vehemently in love with this season as it connotes color and health in the kitchen. When I speak of color in the kitchen I literally mean red, blue, yellow etc on a plate. Imagine sitting by the beach on a sunny day and having your fruity bowl of salad similar to the rainbow by your side, I bet you'd feel like you are part of the celestial sphere (moon, star, etc).  It is my pleasure to introduce you to my plate of Fruity Egg Salad.  Fruity Egg Salad Ingredients: for salad  3 -5 ripe strawberries Half red apple 1 cup of shredded carrots half cup of green bean Half bag of spinach and Romaine hearts (center piece of romaine lettuce) 2 boiled eggs 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise  2 Tablespoons of honey 1 Tablespoon of olive oil

This time I was craving a tangy veggie noodle of some sort but I still wasn't exactly sure of what it was. Still staring at the refrigerator, I couldn't muster up anything then I decided to take a friendly walk to the grocery store. I picked up ripe mangos, spiralized sweet potato, butternut squash and beetroot and headed home to bring this idea of Mango sauce noodle to life!!! Trust me when I say it hit the spot!!! Super creamy meals always do that!!!!! Mango Sauce Noodle. Ingredients :  Mango Sauce Noodle 3 oz of spiralized  beetroot 3 oz of spiralized butternut squash 3 oz of spiralized sweet potato 1 sprig of mint leave or any herb of your choice (Rosemary leaves, sage, cilantro etc) 1 Lemon or Lime 1 Ripe mango You can buy the spiralized beetroot and it likes from a grocery store if you don't

Fried Mashed Potato and Minced Beef Filling

What's a potato least favorite day of the week? Fry Day :) I would officially love to confirm that I think better in the kitchen. Would it come off as pretentious if I tell you that I made this delicacy without a preconceived thought? I honestly had an epiphany in the kitchen today though it wasn't intelligible. I almost took the easy way out by resorting to something simpler but each time I stared at those beautiful Irish potatoes, my appetite grew stronger. I guessed through  double baked potato, mashed potato and steak, fries and I finally concluded that I was going to settle for potato balls and sauce. Without hesitation, I boiled my potatoes and in the process of mashing, I thought of adding bread crumbs and frying it. In that moment, the clarity of making  Fried Mashed Potato and Minced Beef filling was unmistakable. My cooking pots and spoons danced to the rhythm of excitement. Now lets get down to the real business foodies. Fried Mashed Potato and Minced Beef Fill
